How do you like that? With all the dismal Real Estate news, I’m pleased to inform you that the town of Canton in December 2007 had a 20.6 month supply of inventory and as of December 2008 Canton has a 10.7 month supply of single family homes, condominiums, and planned unit developments. That is a 9.9% reduction.
If you or anyone you know is looking to purchase or sell a home anywhere in the country, I would greatly appreciate you passing my name and contact information along. If I do not service the area personally I will make sure the person you refer to me is in excellent hands with an exceptional Realtor.
What other Canton or Real Estate information are you interested in learning about? I plan on keeping you informed monthly regarding inventory and median price sold in Canton.
Hi Carol,
This is a great idea. Thanks for sharing it. I took a look at your blog and that’s good to hear about inventory. What can you tell us about home values in Canton right now? It’s sobering to hear what’s going on across the country and in CT, so would love your perspective on Canton home values.
Thanks Carol. Have a good weekend.
Thanks,
Noreen
